With our current Lead Dentist retiring, we are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Lead Dentist to continue to grow our long-standing and successful practice at NDC Lismore.
This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a well-established, high-performing clinic with 95%+ utilisation, a loyal patient base, and strong clinical support – all within a collaborative, family-friendly team.

Operating near full capacity year-round, our seven-chair clinic is equipped with advanced dental technology, including an iTero scanner, OPG, and CEREC, ensuring exceptional patient care in a modern environment.
The Opportunity
As Lead Dentist, you'll draw on your clinical excellence and leadership experience to :
Deliver high-quality care across a broad scope of dentistry
Mentor and support a team of clinicians and dental assistants
Collaborate with practice managers to uphold operational and clinical excellence
Maintain a strong commitment to patient-centred care

About You
You have :
5+ years' clinical experience as a Dentist in Australia
Proven ability to lead, support and mentor a team
Strong skills in general dentistry, with interests in endodontics, implants, cosmetics, CEREC or Invisalign (preferred)
Unrestricted AHPRA registration and relevant qualifications
Current professional indemnity insurance
