Senior HR and WHS Consultant
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior HR and WHS Consultant to join our team. As a key member of the team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our clients receive expert advice on all aspects of HR and WHS.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in HR and WHS, with experience in providing practical and risk-aware solutions to clients. You will also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients at all levels.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide expert advice on HR and WHS matters to clients
* Conduct audits and prepare reports to identify areas for improvement
* Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations
* Provide training and coaching to clients on HR and WHS best practices
* Collaborate with internal stakeholders to achieve business objectives
Requirements:
* 3+ years' experience in HR and WHS advisory services
* Relevant tertiary qualifications in HR/IR and Certificate IV in WHS
* Strong knowledge of Fair Work Act, WHS law, and Codes of Practice
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
