Personal Assistant / Operations Coordinator
We are seeking a highly organised and driven Personal Assistant extraordinaire to support our operations and project delivery team. This is a dynamic role suited to someone who can take ownership, provide direction, and ensure accountability across multiple projects and team members.
Part-Time Position
* Monday, Wednesday & Friday (days negotiable, minimum of 3)
* School hours approx. 9:00am – 2:00pm (negotiable)
About the Role
This is more than a typical admin position, you’ll be at the centre of our operations, helping coordinate jobs, manage workflows, and keep projects running efficiently.
Key responsibilities include (not limited to):
* Supporting planning and site establishment
* Coordinating job allocations, scheduling, and team movements
* Raising and managing purchase orders and materials procurement
* Maintaining accurate and organised administrative records
* Coordinate the collection and submission of handover documentation to clients at project completion
About You
* Strong understanding of construction and/or operations environments
* Experience with purchase orders, procurement, and materials coordination
* Ability to work autonomously while contributing to a team
* High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
* Strong communicator who is confident, respectful, and able to provide direction and ensure accountability
* Proactive, solutions-focused, and able to take ownership of tasks
