The role
* Working closely with the Insurance CEO, you will play an integral part to this organisation's initial growth and culture.
* Oversee claims operations, hiring, onboard and guide your team, and ensure exceptional customer outcomes.
* Develop strategies, enhance processes, and ensure compliance in automotive claims for recreational vehicles.
* Build strong relationships with insurers, stakeholders, and providers to drive efficiency and excellence.
About you
* Extensive experience managing claims within insurance or automotive industries, with a strong understanding of regulations and compliance.
* Proven leader with experience building high-performing teams and driving process improvements to achieve operational excellence.
* Skilled in managing complex claims and negotiations, using data-driven insights to make confident decisions.
* Proficient in claims management software, backed by exceptional communication skills and relevant industry qualifications.
