We are currently inviting expressions of interest from talented Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable Officers seeking their next career move in Canberra's commercial sector.

Responsibilities may include:

• Processing accounts payable and receivable transactions in a timely and accurate manner
• Managing vendor and customer relationships, resolving invoice/payment queries.
• Generating invoices, billing customers, and following up on outstanding receivables.
• Preparing reconciliations, supporting month‐end processes, and assisting with reporting.
• Using accounting systems such as MYOB, Xero, SAP, or large ERP platforms.
• Providing general administrative support and assisting with ad hoc duties as required

You may come from a background in Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, or both, with experience gained in the commercial sector, not-for-profit organisations, or other finance environments. You bring strong attention to detail, accuracy in data entry and reconciliations, and confidence using accounting systems and Microsoft Excel.

With well‐developed communication and interpersonal skills, you enjoy building positive relationships with suppliers and customers. Most importantly, you are a collaborative team player who thrives in a supportive finance function.

• $70k – $95k + Super
