Pan Pacific Melbourne is looking for Part time Porters to service our guest arrival, departure, concierge & inquiry experiences.
The Successful Applicant Will
- Be the welcoming face of the hotel
- Assist guests with their luggage requirements, providing a personable and efficient level of service
- Valet park guest vehicles with a high degree of care
- Assist guests with your knowledge of Melbourne and local attractions
- Work a rotating roster including weekends & night shifts
Talent Profile
Ideally You Will Have
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- A valid Australian drivers licence
- Knowledge of Melbourne and the surrounding areas
- A high degree of physical fitness is essential, as the successful candidate will be responsible for movement of guest luggage
- A genuine passion for hospitality and providing excellence guest service
