About the Role
Join a supportive and energetic team as an Administrative Services Officer, where you’ll play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of the Transition Care Programme. You will be the central point of contact for a variety of administrative tasks, including data management, reception duties, filing, and general office support. Your contribution will help the team deliver efficient and high-quality services to clients and colleagues alike.
In this role, you’ll provide information on programmes and services, assist with word processing and data entry, and support the overall administration of the programme. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your skills in a collaborative, multi-disciplinary workplace while making a meaningful difference to the lives of those accessing our services.
About You
You are a motivated and client-focused individual who thrives in a supportive, multi-disciplinary environment.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage respectfully with people from diverse backgrounds.
- Proven experience providing high-quality customer service, administrative or reception support, and accurate clerical work.
- Well-developed time management skills, showing initiative, flexibility, reliability, and a commitment to continuous improvement.
- Knowledge of health and welfare services, including an understanding of the needs and issues affecting new arrival and refugee communities.
