About the Role
The Marketing Coordinator supports the execution of Denver Technology's marketing initiatives, focusing on content creation, brand consistency, and digital engagement. The role serves as the liaison between Denver Technology and its external Digital Marketing Agency and print media partners, ensuring seamless coordination, execution of campaigns, and alignment with strategic business objectives. The Coordinator plays a critical part in developing high‐quality content, maintaining brand standards, and driving marketing outcomes across Denver Technology's marketing channels.

Responsibilities Content Development
* Create, edit, and publish engaging blog articles.
* Develop case studies and customer success stories.
* Produce client references and testimonials.
* Write website copy and landing pages.
* Work with internal stakeholders to gather insights, project details, and customer outcomes.
* Ensure all content aligns with Denver Technology's tone of voice, messaging, and brand positioning.
* Collaborate with the Digital Marketing Agency and digital print partner to develop and refine content strategies.
* Optimize content for SEO and digital performance in partnership with the agency.
Agency Coordination
* Act as main point of contact for the external Digital Marketing Agency and print media partner.
* Coordinate delivery of digital marketing activities, including campaigns, content, and website updates.
* Translate internal business priorities into clear briefs for the agency.
* Review and provide feedback on agency outputs to ensure quality and alignment.
* Monitor timelines, deliverables, and performance against agreed objectives and targets.
* Facilitate regular communication (meetings, updates, reporting) between Denver Technology and the agency and partners.
Social Media & Digital Marketing
* Plan, create, and schedule social media content across platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram).
* Collaborate with the agency and partners to execute paid and organic digital campaigns.
* Monitor engagement and respond to comments/messages where appropriate.
* Track performance metrics and work with the agency to optimise results.
* Support initiatives to increase brand awareness and audience engagement.
Brand & Marketing Collateral
* Maintain consistency of branding across all marketing materials.
* Ensure all internally and externally produced materials (including agency outputs) adhere to brand guidelines.
* Assist in the development and updating of brochures, presentations, and sales collateral.
* Maintain marketing templates.
Campaign & Marketing Support
* Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns in collaboration with internal teams and the agency.
* Assist in email marketing activities, including content creation and scheduling.
* Work closely with Sales, Customer Success, and Leadership to support go‐to‐market initiatives.
Administration & Reporting
* Maintain content calendars and campaign schedules.
* Track campaign and digital performance metrics.Coordinate reporting inputs from the agency and partners and prepare internal summaries.
* Manage content libraries and digital assets.
Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
* 3+ years' experience in a marketing or communications role.
* Demonstrated experience in content creation across multiple formats (blogs, case studies, social media).
* Experience coordinating with internal stakeholders and/or external agencies.
* Strong written communication skills with evidence of content development (portfolio or examples).
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Strong stakeholder management and coordination ability.
* Creative thinking with a passion for content and storytelling.
Preferred Skills and Experience
* Experience working with a digital marketing agency.
* Knowledge of SEO and digital marketing principles.
* Experience using CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress).
* Familiarity with marketing tools (Mailchimp, Canva, Adobe Suite).
* Graphic design capability (creating visual content, social media assets, or marketing collateral).
* Relevant certifications in digital marketing, content marketing, or social media.
