We're hiring a Service Coordinator to play a key role in delivering high-quality projects and supporting our field technicians.
What You'll Be Doing
* Coordinate daily schedules for field technicians (locksmiths / installers)
* Manage service jobs, project timelines, and customer expectations
* Liaise with clients, builders, and internal teams
* Support installation projects and key system implementation
* Ensure smooth workflow using advanced job management systems
What We're Looking For
* Experience in service coordination, scheduling, or field operations
* Background in locksmithing, construction, trades, or facilities
* Strong organisational and communication skills
* Customer-focused with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Highly regarded:
* Locksmith trade experience or master key systems knowledge
* Team leadership or supervisor experience
