The company offers a collaborative and supportive workplace focused on operational excellence.Job Description Oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring accurate stock control and efficient goods movement Supervise and support warehouse staff, providing hands-on leadership to meet operational goals Utilise SAP for inventory management, stock transfers, and order processing Coordinate the safe loading and unloading of trucks, maintaining compliance with site safety standards Operate forklifts and oversee forklift operations, ensuring proper licensing and adherence to safety procedures Maintain a strong focus on HACCP, GMP, and food safety standards across all warehouse activities Collaborate with internal departments to ensure timely order preparation and dispatch Support continuous improvement initiatives and promote a culture of safety and accountability within the team The Successful Applicant A versatile approach with the ability to lead from the floor and adapt to changing priorities Proven experience supervising small warehouse or operations teams in a fast-paced environment Strong ERP system knowledge, ideally SAP, with confidence in stock control and inventory processes A current forklift license with hands-on experience operating forklifts in a warehouse setting Excellent understanding of warehouse safety, HACCP, and GMP standards Strong communication and problem-solving skills, able to coordinate across departments A proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and team development Previous experience in food, FMCG, or regulated warehousing environments highly regarded What's on Offer Permanent, full-time role with a stable and growing organisation Competitive salary package with annual bonus and superannuation Opportunity to take ownership of a hands-on leadership role within a HACCP-compliant environment Supportive team culture with a strong focus on safety, quality, and continuous improvement Career development opportunities within a collaborative and well-structured workplace
