We're looking for a results-driven Project Manager - Operations to lead critical projects that shape the future of our business in Wingfield, Adelaide. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, love solving complex challenges, and want to play a key role in improving performance, systems and service delivery—this is your chance to make a difference.
What you'll be doing:
* Review and improve operational performance at the Wingfield site
* Support projects that drive business improvements (e.g. sales, system upgrades, campaigns)
* Assist in building business cases for new assets, projects, and growth opportunities
* Help prepare and submit tender documents
* Create clear, consistent success measures beyond "just financials"
* Support pricing reviews with Sales and Finance to ensure competitiveness
* Build strong reporting systems and regular business reviews
* Track labour productivity, spot trends, and suggest improvements
* Improve and monitor collection route efficiency
What you'll bring:
* Ownership
* Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
* Strong analytical expertise
* Business case and tender preparation experience (preferred)
* Influential and negotiations skills
