Downer has been awarded the Property and Asset Services (PAS) contract to deliver base and estate services across their two largest regions, NSW/ACT and QLD. This is a significant milestone for our business and our enduring 80+ year relationship with the Australian Defence Force.

What You'll Do
* Managing, validating, and updating asset register data in accordance with Defence requirements.
* Ensuring the accuracy, compliance, and synchronisation of asset data with Defence systems (e.g., GEMS).
* Liaising with internal teams and external suppliers to verify and integrate asset data for estate works, maintenance, and project delivery.
* Providing asset data advice and support to project teams and subcontractors.
* Supporting continuous improvement in asset data management processes and tools.
What You'll Bring
* Certificate III/IV in Business or Data Management.
* Qualifications or experience in Engineering, Maintenance, or Financial Data Management.
* White Card and site access credentials (desirable).
* Demonstrated experience in asset data maintenance, administration, or database management.
