We’re looking for a passionate and confident leader to guide and inspire our team at Journey Early Learning Delacombe —a well-established, purpose-built centre for up to 120 children aged 0–5.
As Centre Manager, you’ll lead with clarity, create a culture of collaboration, and ensure every child, family, and educator feels valued. You’ll be supported by a dedicated team and a national network that invests in your professional and personal growth.

About the Role
This is a fulltime permanent position across Monday to Friday.
As Centre Manager, you’ll:
Oversee daily operations with a focus on quality, safety, and compliance
Support and mentor your team to deliver exceptional education and care
Build strong relationships with families, educators, and the wider community
Drive a positive team culture aligned with Journey’s values
Collaborate with support office teams to maintain high operational standards
About You
You’re a confident, people-first leader who’s passionate about early learning and building high-performing teams. You thrive in dynamic environments and understand the importance of trust, support, and continuous growth.
You’ll need:
A Diploma or Bachelor of Early Childhood Education (ACECQA recognised)
Proven leadership experience in an early childhood setting
Strong understanding of the NQS and EYLF
A current Working with Children Check and relevant First Aid qualifications
