Position: Site Supervisor Location: Perth, WA Salary: $140k - $160k plus Super About the Role An opportunity is available for an experienced Supervisor to deliver a wide range of fitout and refurbishment projects throughout Perth. TEN Recruitment has partnered with one of Perth’s leading, privately owned construction and fitout contractors who are seeking a Site Supervisor due to significant company growth. This role is well suited to a trade-qualified professional ready to take responsibility for day-to-day site management, subcontractor coordination, and project delivery. You will ensure all works are completed within timeframes while maintaining a high standard of quality and safety. Key Responsibilities Manage the daily workflow and performance of subcontractors and site employees. Conduct site inductions and maintain high standards of WHS/HSEQ compliance. Update Project Managers on progress and provide detailed programme reports. Resolve construction-related issues through professional liaison with clients and stakeholders. Oversee site establishment, workplace inspections, and safety observations (toolbox talks). Ensure all scheduled works are completed accurately and within the given timeframe. What You’ll Bring Trade Background: Qualified Carpenter, Cabinetmaker, or relevant Trade Certificate. Leadership: 3 years’ experience in a Site Supervisor role with strong subcontractor management. Technical Proficiency: Sound understanding of HSEQ and Microsoft Office Suite. Communication: Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to liaise with external stakeholders.
