Job Description
As a Community Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing care and support services to individuals who are frail, aged or living with a disability. You will be working in the client's home or within Residential Aged Care, promoting wellbeing and empowering them to remain active participants in their lives.
This is a rewarding role that requires empathy, reliability and a person-centred approach. You will be responsible for delivering safe, respectful and individualised personal and domestic support, fostering independence and social connection, and supporting consumers in their own homes.

Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will require:
* Certificate III or higher in Individual Support (Ageing, Disability or Home and Community)
