Job Overview
This is an exceptional opportunity to work as a Building Code Consultant / Surveyor, providing expert regulatory advice and assessments for a national consulting firm.
* Conduct comprehensive BCA/NCC assessments and provide guidance on regulatory compliance.
* Issue necessary permits and authorizations in accordance with relevant regulations.
* Carry out detailed site inspections and prepare thorough compliance reports.
* Engage in performance-based solution assessments and provide expert advice.
* Represent the client's interests in meetings and workshops.
* Accreditation from a recognized statutory body is essential.
* Tertiary qualifications in Building Surveying or a related field are required.
* Expert knowledge of the BCA/NCC and Australian Standards is necessary.
* Proven experience in commercial or infrastructure projects is highly valued.
* Australian citizenship is required for mandatory security clearance.
