* Fleet Management Support roles involve administering day-to-day operations of the RV and motorhome rental fleet across Australia, working closely with branch maintenance teams and repairers to ensure fleet efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
* Administering Fleet Repairs: Process invoices, raise purchase orders, and distribute weekly fleet reports
* Day-to-Day Fleet Administration: Manage purchasing parts, create service history documents for ex-rental vehicles, and compile data for fleet campaigns, recalls, modifications, and Safe Work Instructions (SOPs)
* Maintain Accurate Records: Update fleet databases, records, and reports on fleet metrics
You'll work closely with Scheduling to manage spare vehicle keys and monitor vehicle builds. Build strong relationships with repairers and vendors to resolve invoicing and parts issues.
