**The Role**
Hudson has partnered with a high-profile government department seeking multiple APS 5/6 Helpdesk Supervisors to join their Helpdesk team. Previous call centre experience would be preferred; but is not a requirement as training will be provided.

**Duties**:
- assist the team in their reporting obligations or payment and policy queries
- using call logging software to log notes of issue and resolution while on phone calls and
- analysis and interpretation of data to identify issues and provide solutions

- oversee team management including:
- positively leading a team
- team procurement including assisting in creating and maintaining contractor contracts
- processing and payment of contractor invoices
- maintaining team budget
- supporting the Assistant Director and Director with complex matters by providing expert
advice
- creating, updating and maintaining team process documents
- organising and running individual and team tailored training sessions
- providing a consistent level of high-quality work
- keeping up to date with relevant changes in a fast-changing environment
