About the Role
We’re looking for a sharp, strategic Account Director who’s obsessed with customer outcomes — and owns growth from the moment the contract is signed. This role isn’t just about managing renewals or adoption checklists. It’s about making sure customers get so much value from CorralData that expansion is inevitable.
You’ll be the primary commercial owner for your accounts — responsible for expanding usage, growing ACV, and turning single-team customers into multi-team champions.
What You’ll Be Doing
• Own the post-sale relationship for high-value customers, from onboarding to long-term growth
• Drive expansion revenue by identifying new use cases, teams, and opportunities to grow ACV
• Proactively surface ways for customers to get more value — and make sure they act on them
• Manage executive relationships and run QBRs that lead to action
• Lead engagement with new features, products, and betas that deepen customer value
• Ensure CorralData becomes embedded across departments and levels inside the org
• Drive multi-threading and internal referrals — you’re not waiting for intros, you’re creating them
• Work closely with product and engineering to influence roadmap and close feedback loops
What You Bring
• 5+ years in Account Management, Strategic CS, or Post-Sale Growth in B2B SaaS
• Experience owning expansion — not just adoption or retention
• Proven success growing mid-market or enterprise accounts (especially multi-location orgs)
• Strong commercial instincts, and the drive to chase opportunities without being “salesy”
• Great communicator — comfortable with execs, power users, and skeptics alike
• Startup DNA: scrappy, strategic, and ready to build processes as you go
• Bonus: Background in analytics, healthtech, martech, or vertical SaaS
• Base Salary: $120K–$160K, depending on experience
• Healthcare, PTO, and full remote flexibility
