The Opportunity

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Manager to lead the HR function for our Western Australian operations. Based in Perth and acting as a trusted advisor to the WA leadership team, you will translate strategic executive vision into practical, day‑to‑day people‑and‑culture support.


Key Responsibilities

* Elevate leadership capability across our industrial workforce.
* Foster a high‑performance culture during a period of growth.
* Ensure people practices are fair, consistent and fully compliant in a complex environment.
* Champion the corporate ideology and Employee Value Proposition (EVP); develop and deliver targeted leadership training and coaching.
* Proactively manage retention strategies, optimise performance management (PDs, appraisals) and support career planning.
* Lead the resolution of complex industrial relations issues, ensuring compliance with the Fair Work Act and relevant employment laws.
* Provide expert consultation on organisational change and integration initiatives across the broader Group.


Experience, Education & Knowledge

* 5‑7 years of progressive experience in an HR Management or Senior HR Advisor capacity.
* Prior experience in the mining, fabrication or construction sector is essential.
* High‑level knowledge of Australian employment legislation and industrial relations.
* Degree in Human Resources, Business or related field preferred; professional HR certification (e.g., AHRI) is a strong advantage.
