CNC Machinist Opportunity
We are seeking a skilled and precision-driven CNC Machinist to join our team. As a key member of our production department, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining CNC machines to the highest safety and quality standards.
* Operate CNC machines with attention to detail, ensuring that all parts meet or exceed specifications.
* Develop and maintain knowledge of cutting tools, speeds, and feeds, and apply this expertise to optimize machining processes.
* Read and interpret engineering drawings and customer specifications, using this information to set up fixtures, tooling, and jigs accurately.
* Utilize measuring instruments such as micrometers, verniers, and slip gauges to verify part quality and accuracy.
* Write and verify CNC/CAD programs, including setup sheets for new jobs, to ensure efficient and accurate production.
* Continuously monitor part quality and drive process improvements through data analysis and collaboration with colleagues.
