Permanent Part time Dental Assistant needed - 4 days a week
Hobart Family Dental is expanding and we have an exciting chance for a Dental Assistant to join our friendly team at Hobart Family Dental. The role is 4 days a week, dental assisting with some administration duties when required.
Responsibilities
Assisting dentists during procedures by handing them instruments, suctioning, and providing other support as needed
Sterilizing and maintaining dental instruments and equipment
Preparing treatment rooms and ensuring they are fully stocked
Greeting patients and helping them feel comfortable throughout their visit
Scheduling appointments and handling other administrative tasks as required
Maintaining accurate patient records and dental charts
Qualifications
Previous experience as a Dental Assistant
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with patients and the wider dental team
Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently and accurately
Commitment to providing high-quality patient care
Ability to work well as part of a team
