About the role
As an Administration Officer, you will be a vital member of the Directorate team, delivering high‐level administrative and business support services.
This position supports the Executive Director, Executive Officer, Managers and branch employees with ministerial executive correspondence, finance, asset management, fleet, human resources and corporate governance.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide senior‐level administrative support and advice.
* Manage ministerial executive correspondence and related documentation.
* Handle finance, asset management and fleet administration tasks.
* Support human resources functions and corporate governance processes.
* Collate, analyze and report data across platforms and databases.
* Interpret policy and procedure, offering guidance to staff.
* Mentor colleagues and provide direction on administrative and corporate governance matters.
Required Skills & Experience
* Proven experience as an Administration professional in a fast‐paced environment.
* Strong multitasking, prioritisation and deadline‐management skills.
* Excellent written and oral communication abilities.
* Tech‐savvy with proficiency in various platforms, databases and reporting tools.
* Demonstrated confidentiality and discretion with sensitive information.
* Capacity to collaborate across all organisational levels.
