What do we need?
With a newly extended and refurbished bistro and kitchen, we are seeking casual chefs to produce delicious, quality food while maintaining the highest level of food and food safety standards, and the overall performance and reputation of the hotel in the local community.
Who are you?
- At least 1-2 years’ experience creating and delivering high quality food
- Sound demonstration of product knowledge, technical skills, food standards and safe food handling practices
- The ability to work in a team environment and liaise with FOH staff
- Valid Basic Food Handler Certification
