Join ARN to apply for the Senior Lifecycle Marketing Manager role. ARN is one of Australia’s leading audio-led entertainment companies with 58 radio stations in 33 markets, 46 DAB+ stations nationwide and the digital platform iHeart, spanning metro and regional communities across Australia.
We have a rare chance to join the Marketing team as our Senior Lifecycle Marketing Manager to deliver growth, optimisation, retention and engagement across ARN’s digital ecosystem, with a focus on iHeart.
About The Role
- Develop and implement strategic migration, growth, onboarding, engagement and retention strategies to achieve KPIs, maximise ROI and deliver profitable business outcomes.
- Oversee the development of ARN’s marketing automation and customer lifecycle journeys to move users through the funnel from all touchpoints (including VIP Clubs) to drive iHeart MAU growth.
- Ensure effective use of Jarvis to maximise lead generation; and Braze to automate and strengthen ARN\'s customer journeys and retention while minimising churn.
- Prioritise the personalisation of consumer communications at scale.
- Oversee the development and delivery of engaging strategies and content for iHeart’s owned digital, social channels & app.
- Foster engagement and activation among key stakeholders, including broadcast teams, to grow digital listening and audience retention.
About You
- You have deep technical knowledge of CRM marketing automation, segmentation and retention.
- You ideally have experience in Braze, product management and user experience.
- You are a holistic, strategic, insights-fuelled leader who proactively develops and implements impactful migration, growth, onboarding, engagement and retention strategies that deliver results and continually integrate learnings.
- You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills to lead, motivate, coach and influence to drive stronger outcomes.
- You can autonomously manage and deliver multiple projects with multiple stakeholders and deadlines in a rapid-paced, results-driven environment.
- You have strong business financial literacy with proven experience in budgets, reconciliations and trackers, coupled with an analytical mindset to measure, report and learn from results.
