* ">Lead strategic growth initiatives and promote the Campus ability to achieve key performance targets in close coordination with Finance and Operations.">

* ">Develop and execute business plans, proforma and budget development, stakeholder engagement, and market performance monitoring.">

* ">Cultivate and maintain quality relationships with providers and other key community partners in the market, while overseeing and directing the Campus Business Development Manager(s) and Physician Liaisons.">

Responsibilities:

* ">Ensure assigned Campus has aggressive growth strategies aimed to improve market share, profitability, and/or long-term viability.">
">
* ">Participate in strategy development and annual business planning for designated Campus in collaboration with physicians, market leaders, and business unit leaders.">
">
* ">Translate strategic initiatives to cascaded set of priority actions and coordinate with key stakeholders, including Finance, Institutes, AHMG / Ambulatory, PHD, and Marketing.">
">
* ">Develop detailed tactical work plans and provide project management to implement key initiatives.">
">
">
Qualifications:
">
">
* ">Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare or related field.">
">
* ">Three plus years of experience in healthcare, business development, strategic planning and/or operations.">
">
* ">Leadership experience.">
