Commercial Estimator Role
This position involves working with a property development and construction organization as an intermediate level Commercial Estimator on their team.
Key responsibilities include cost planning, estimating for the construction division, working on tenders of different sizes and sectors, and managing projects across the state.
* Developing pricing strategies for new build, Residential Apartments, Aged Care and Retirement Living, Retail and Commercial projects.
* Demonstrating high accuracy in take-offs and measuring to build up costs.
* Maintaining strong relationships with subcontractors and consultants.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management or similar, and at least 5 years experience working in a related field.
