Sales Support Staff - Onsite Residential Our Onsite business unit is focused on driving the success of our customers through end-to-end supply solutions; we cater for the unique volume requirements of large domestic home developers and builders. The Onsite team like the broader Reece team, are committed, down to earth and driven people striving for greatness every day. Reece Onsite have a fantastic new opportunity for an experienced Customer Service person to assist our rapidly growing, fast paced business. In this role, you would be part of a tight knit, successful team focused on delivering the highest level of customer service and satisfaction in a fast-paced environment. Duties for the role include but are not limited to: Answering a high level of telephone enquiries from our home builder customer base Timely processing of customers’ requests for delivery / release of orders Deliver prompt responses to customer enquiries on stock availability and technical information. Inputting Sales Orders / Data Entry Liaise with suppliers for pricing and product availability. Coordinating deliveries and liaising with our warehouse team. Our Ideal Candidate Have extensive customer service experience in a fast-paced environment. High level of Computer Literacy and fast processing speed.
