About the Role
As a Home Care Worker, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to clients in their own homes. Your duties will include general housekeeping, laundry, meal preparation, personal care, and transport to lifestyle activities or appointments.
You will work closely with clients and their families to understand their needs and preferences, and develop personalized care plans to meet their requirements.
Requirements
* A minimum of 3 months experience in a similar role
* An Australian driver's licence and access to a reliable vehicle
* The ability to work independently and as part of a team
