Yarrabah Renal Service is one of many satellite units located at Atherton, Cairns Private, Mossman, Smithfield, Cairns South Health Precinct and Innisfail as well as the main base which is at the Cairns Hospital.
About you:
In your new role you will......
Provide effective and efficient management of service in collaboration with the Nursing Director, Integrated Medicine, clinical and non-clinical staff to facilitate the provision of quality evidence-based care.
As an expert in the field, undertake supervision of nurses and Health Care Workers, assisting with ongoing development and education in area of speciality.
Demonstrates flexibility, creativity, and innovation, based on highly developed conceptual and reasoning skills in implementing operational strategy and policy that integrate diverse health care disciplines and practices.
