About the Role
As the Regional Development Manager – Kalgoorlie, you'll be responsible for developing and growing client relationships, engaging with key stakeholders, and ensuring revenue targets are met. You'll work closely with the operations team to deliver industry-leading solutions that exceed client expectations.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and develop all regional hire and sales activities
Maintain and expand strong client relationships
Drive revenue growth and build a sustainable client base
Analyse market trends and identify growth opportunities
Collaborate with internal teams to enhance business performance
Support branch operations when needed
Promote Marcem and its products at industry events
What We're Looking For
Minimum 5 years of experience in Industrial Hire/SalesProven ability to plan and implement successful hire/sales strategies
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Highly motivated, organised, and results-driven mindset
Customer-focused with a commitment to exceeding expectations
Ability to manage responsibilities under pressure and work autonomously
Willingness to continuously learn and undertake training
