What you will be doing:
As an Administration Assistant, you'll support day-to-day operations by coordinating key administrative tasks. Your responsibilities will include:
* Organising fleet services and vehicle bookings
* Monitoring and managing a shared email inbox
* Booking accommodation and travel arrangements
* General administrative support as required
What you will need:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Previous experience in an administration role
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
* Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
* Excellent communication skills – written and verbal
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
* A proactive attitude and team-focused approach
