The team is small enough to be nimble and adaptable in their approach but is skilled enough to be the backbone of major construction - come be a QS aka vertebra!
**The Role**:
So now you've read who it's with, let's chat about what it is you'll be doing. We're looking for a Quantity Surveyor to join their high-performing team and be based in their modern
**Brisbane**-suburban office.
Working client side within the
**Major Projects **team, with a focus on
**rail **and
**civil** transport infrastructure, the QS will:
- Deliver **cost planning**, **benchmarking**, and **estimates**:
- Liaise with suppliers to gain **accurate** material **pricing**:
- Handle **variations** and contribute to proposals and submissions
- Use Pronamics Expert Estimation
- Be a **positive egg** and add value to the business
**Skills and Experience**:
Key requirements include:
- Advanced proficiency with **Excel**:
- 3+ years of proven experience in **Australian civil/rail infrastructure**:
- Able to support **pre-construction** and **delivery** phases
- Understanding of **construction** **methodology**:
- **Be a good egg** (in case you missed it the first time!)
