We're looking for a Senior Marketing Manager to lead brand and consumer-facing marketing for a global business.
This is a senior leadership role for a strategic brand builder who knows how to create mental availability, drive consistency at scale, and turn product superiority into memorable consumer storytelling.
You will lead a multidisciplinary creative and content team, shaping global brand campaigns, messaging, and assets that cut through across every touchpoint - from large-scale launches to a single social post.
Your work will ensure the brand is distinctive, recognisable, and emotionally resonant wherever it appears.
With teams across Australia, the USA, Europe, and Asia, you will create the strategic frameworks that empower regional teams to execute strong local marketing while staying globally consistent.
Job Description
Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and market share.
Oversee marketing campaigns across multiple channels to ensure alignment with business goals.
Analyse market trends and consumer insights to identify opportunities for growth.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent brand messaging.
Manage and optimise marketing budgets to achieve maximum ROI.
Lead the development of product launch strategies and promotional plans.
Monitor the performance of marketing initiatives and provide regular reporting to stakeholders.
Build and maintain strong relationships with external agencies and partners.
The Successful Applicant
6-8+ years in brand or marketing roles, including leadership experience
Proven success building brands using modern marketing principles
Experience working with global teams across time zones and cultures
Strong storytelling skills, translating product benefits into memorable messaging
Confidence leading creative teams and managing external partners
Experience measuring brand effectiveness across awareness, recognition, and emotion
Background in outdoor, sport, or lifestyle categories preferred
