The Role:

* Basic data entry and record keeping
* Front of house duties and customer service
* Scheduling jobs and managing calendars
* Quoting support and invoicing
* General office administration tasks

What We're Looking For:

* Comfortable using computers and common office software
* Xero experience preferred but not essential
* Friendly, professional and organised
* Willingness to learn and take on new tasks
* Positive attitude and team player
