Overview


See yourself in our team:

In the role of an Administration Assistant you will be responsible for providing proactive administrative support for internal stakeholders to ensure performance targets are met, through the delivery of high-quality administrative functions.

How you'll make an impact


On a day to day basis you will:

1. Provide high quality customer service to all stakeholders;
2. Accurate Data Entry;
3. Team calendar management;
4. Booking appointments and referrals with service providers;
5. Utilise templates to draft and issue letters to external stakeholders;
6. Request and follow up information from external stakeholders as required;
7. Monitor and Action emails as required;
8. Maintain up-to-date filing systems through the delivery of accurate and regular data entry;
9. Upload all relevant data and information into Gallagher Bassett and Return to Work SA systems in a timely manner;
10. In line with RTWSA CARE Principles, ensure a tailored customer centric service with empathy, respect and a focus on continued improvement; and;

About you


We are interested in hearing from people who have:

12. Recent work experience within a customer service-based role
13. Strong administration experience
14. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills as well as a team player attitude
15. Exceptional time management and organisation skills
16. Experience working within a dynamic fast paced environment
