We're proud to offer Women on Wheels, a paid 7-week driver training and development program designed to support more women into meaningful careers in the construction and logistics industry.

* Fully paid HR (Heavy Rigid) license training, delivered in partnership with leading training providers including the Driver Experience Centre of Australia and a Central West-based truck driving school

You don't need truck driving experience—we'll provide the training. What matters most is your attitude and drive. We're looking for women who are:
* Self-motivated and reliable
* Willing to learn and step outside their comfort zone
* Confident communicators with strong customer service skills
* Willing to travel as required across the Central West region.
Minimum Requirements
To be eligible, we ask that you:
* Hold a full, unrestricted car license
* Have permanent work rights in Australia
* Are able to commit to the full 7-week program and to pursuing a full-time role with Holcim afterward
* Successfully complete a medical assessment including general health, physical capability, and Drug & Alcohol screening.
What You'll Gain
