About the role:
You will get to know each resident as you:
* Lend a hand with daily life – making sure they feel heard, comfy, and well-fed.
* Work with our team to support those with challenging needs.
* Help keep residents' bodies and minds active.
* Keep tabs on their health – helping with treatments.
* Be a friend to our residents.
* Respect every resident's privacy and dignity.
You'll be a true team player and great communicator, with:
* A desire to make a difference in people's lives.
* A certificate III or IV in Aged Care.
* Experience working as a caregiver or similar.
* Solid clinical documentation and computer skills.
