We’re seeking a skilled Pizza Chef to be the backbone of our kitchen at Senor Fox @ The Albion. If you are passionate about pizza creation, quality & consistency while able to thrive in a fast-paced kitchen with great banter – we want to hear from you! Apply Now!
Day in the Life / Responsibilities
- We are on the hunt for a passionate, skilled, and charismatic Pizza Chef to bring the heat (and the flavour) to our brand-new pizza kitchen at Senor Fox @ The Albion Hotel
- Contribute positively to our culture which is centred around safety and hygiene, keeping the guest experience at the heart of everything you do
- Maintain a consistent standard of high quality and well presented dishes that align with the ALH standard
What do we need from you
About You
- You have great experience working in a fast paced kitchen and hold necessary trade cooking qualifications
- You will be front and centre in our open pizza kitchen, interacting with diners, tossing dough like a pro, and serving up flavour-packed pizzas with flair. Think theatre meets table-side dining, with a side of banter
- You understand that the recipe for an exceptional guest experience contains the perfect mix of passion, precision and productivity
- Solid organisation and communication skills to create the best possible outcomes for our guests and the team
- You’ll be yourself and come as you are - ALH is known for its people
