Erindale Leisure Centre (formerly Active Leisure Centre) features include a 25m heated indoor pool and steam room, group fitness studios, gym facilities, swim school for children, courts for tennis, squash, badminton, basketball and more.
It is a vibrant community hub catering to all ages and fitness levels.
The Role
Erindale Leisure Centre is seeking energetic, confident and motivated people to join our Swim School team.
The Swim Teacher delivers swimming lessons to a wide variety of ages and abilities.
Successful applicants will be effective communicators with strong attention to detail.
You will possess strong time management and organisational skills, and the ability to work well in a team environment with minimal supervision.
Relevant industry qualifications are essential.

Responsibilities & Skills
Deliver swimming lessons to a wide variety of ages and abilities
Demonstrate an energetic, innovative and decisive teaching style
Communicate effectively and maintain strong attention to detail
Manage time and organise work with or without supervision
Work mornings, evenings and weekends and be empathetic to class needs
Contribute as a strong and valuable part of the team
Qualifications
Current First Aid (Level 2) & Current CPR Certificate
Working with Vulnerable People & National Police Check
Current Swim Teaching Certificate
