CELOTTI WORKFORCE is looking for 3 x Food & Beverage Attendants for Saturday 14th February 2026.
Our client is hosting a premium Valentine’s Day event on Saturday 14th February 2026. This special evening will deliver a high-quality dining and hospitality experience for guests celebrating the occasion, requiring professional and attentive service staff to help create a memorable and seamless event.
This opportunity suits someone with experience in hospitality, events, or fast-paced restaurant environments who enjoys variety, takes pride in delivering exceptional service, and thrives in a hands-on, high-energy setting. It’s ideal for a confident and reliable team player who can carry three plates, understands responsible alcohol service, has sound knowledge of wine, and takes ownership of creating a smooth and memorable guest experience.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide professional food and beverage service throughout the event in a timely and efficient manner
* Confidently carry and serve three plates during busy service periods
* Deliver attentive table service including taking orders, serving meals, clearing plates, and resetting tables
* Serve alcoholic beverages responsibly in accordance with RSA requirements
* Demonstrate sound knowledge of white and red wines (e.g. understanding varieties such as Sauvignon Blanc and Merlot)
* Assist with event setup and pack down as required
* Maintain high presentation, hygiene, and service standards at all times
* Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members to ensure smooth service flow
* Provide a positive guest experience through professional and friendly service
Our Ideal Candidate:
* Holds a current and valid RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) – essential
* Has experience in events, functions, restaurants, or fast-paced hospitality environments
* Confident carrying three plates (highly regarded)
* Possesses basic wine and beverage knowledge
* Well-presented, reliable, and punctual
* Available Saturday 14th February 2026 from 5:30pm – 11:30pm (latest finish)
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on team environment
* Takes pride in delivering high-quality customer service
