We're partnering with a well-established national retailer to find a confident, people-focused Store Manager to lead a high-performing store in Erina.
This is a hands-on leadership role suited to someone who enjoys being on the floor, developing their team, and driving strong commercial outcomes - all while benefiting from a work-life friendly Sunday to Thursday roster.
Automotive interest or exposure is highly regarded, but not essential. What matters most is strong retail leadership, energy, and the ability to run a business like it's your own.
About the Role
As Store Manager, you'll take full ownership of store performance, culture, and customer experience. You'll lead from the front, coach your team to success, and ensure operational excellence every day.
Key responsibilities include:
* Leading, coaching and developing a team to hit sales and service targets
* Managing store operations including stock, rostering, and compliance
* Driving KPIs, commercial results and local engagement
* Creating a positive, inclusive, and accountable team culture
* Delivering an outstanding customer experience, every time
About You
* 3+ years retail management experience (multi-department or specialty retail welcome)
* Strong leadership skills with a practical, hands-on approach
* Confident managing KPIs, budgets and team performance
* Automotive interest or alignment is a preference, not a requirement
* Reliable, organised and commercially minded
* Comfortable working a Sunday-Thursday roster
