Provide fertiliser and Merchandise administration support to our successful Forbes branch

About the Role
Reporting to the Branch Manager you will provide exceptional customer service through prompt and efficient response to all customer enquiries, as well as accurate and timely processing of customer orders for fertiliser and Merchandise accounts. You will also assist with managing sales, inventory & driving performance of merchandise products.
In addition, you will
* Performing general administrative tasks including stock control, ordering, receipting, and dispatching of goods
* Assisting customers with account and product enquiries
* Processing counter sales
* Maintaining safety processes
* Maintaining a welcoming, friendly, and well-presented store environment
* Loading and unloading trucks, dispatching, and unpacking orders and deliveries
* The sales of rural merchandise, such as Agricultural chemicals, Seed, Animal health, Animal Management, Fencing, Water equipment and General Merchandise.
A little about you
* Experience with Excel, SAP & PowerBi
* Strong computer literacy and MS suite skills
* Previous customer service or sales experience in the agricultural sector
* Be able to work autonomously and in a high-pressure team environment
* Ability to develop rapport quickly with key stakeholder's and build on existing long-term relationships
* Forklift ticket is advantageous but must be willing to obtain
