About the Role
We are searching for a Broker Assistant to join our South Brisbane team on a full-time basis, providing support to our Brokers. With our training and support, you will be comfortable and efficient in the completion of daily tasks including but not limited to:
* Policy preparation and maintenance
* Processing invoices, endorsements and renewals
* Handling customer enquiries
The successful applicant will demonstrate excellent customer service skills and high attention to detail.
About You
The ideal candidate will possess the following:
* Strong communication, problem solving and analytical skills
* A process-orientated approach with high attention to detail
* A strong desire for continuous learning, professional growth and career advancement
* Strong digital literacy skills
* A go-getter who thrives in a dynamic environment
* Experience as a Broker Assistant is highly desirable
* A Tier 2 qualification is highly desirable
