The role involves liaising with stakeholders at all levels, building good working relationships, and serving as a point of contact for inquiries.Requirements and Statement of WorkDevelop high-quality, reliable documentation to capture key information in the Capability Life Cycle (CLC) to support timely and effective capability decisions.Assist in coordinating and managing project tasks and milestones.Ensure integration and consistency in managing multiple projects and schedules across the Branch and Air Combat Program (ACP) sub-programs.Support the ACP sub-program by coordinating project activities, including strategic planning for resource management and prioritization.Manage schedules, risks, budgets, and prepare briefings, submissions, reports, and progress updates in accordance with organizational requirements.Provide clear direction and articulate goals to achieve project and sub-program objectives.Manage stakeholder relationships to understand and meet their requirements, minimizing risks related to scope, schedule, and budget.Contribute to the development of the ACP sub-program team through mentoring, training, and professional development.Support project governance frameworks, ensuring consistent and transparent reporting and optimal use of tools.Interpret relevant legislation, policies, and strategies, applying them to the work area.Engage and negotiate with stakeholders on complex issues to achieve business outcomes.Build and maintain effective collaborative relationships.Essential Qualifications and ExperienceProvide aviation advice and counsel for briefs and submissions, including communication with CAF and USAF.Demonstrated experience in Hypersonics/SciFire.Active NV2 security clearance (TSPV desirable).
