The Role
We are seeking a highly organised and creative Marketing, Digital, & Creative Lead to support the execution of digital marketing initiatives and the growth of our online presence. Working closely with the Marketing and Creative teams, this role will play a key part in coordinating campaigns, managing our e‐commerce platform, and supporting product and brand launches across digital channels.
Key Responsibilities
* Support and execute digital marketing campaigns to drive traffic, engagement and conversion.
* Manage and optimise email marketing, including performance tracking and improvements.
* Oversee website updates and online merchandising to ensure a seamless customer experience.
* Coordinate content across campaigns, social media and digital platforms, maintaining brand consistency.
* Assist with social media strategy, influencer collaborations and brand partnerships.
* Support product launches and seasonal campaigns, ensuring timelines and assets are delivered on schedule.
* Analyse performance data and provide insights to improve digital performance.
* Maintain on‐brand templates and ensure consistency across all digital communications.
The Requirements
* Experience in marketing, digital marketing or e‐commerce (ideally 3–5 years).
* Experience with Shopify or similar e‐commerce platforms preferred.
* Familiarity with email marketing platforms such as Klaviyo or Mailchimp.
* Strong understanding of social media and digital marketing trends.
* Basic design skills (Canva and/or Adobe Creative Suite).
* Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple projects.
* Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
* Experience in fashion, retail or lifestyle brands is highly desirable.
