We are seeking an experienced and motivated Financial Services Professional to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the finance function with a range of accounts and administrative duties.
This is a hands-on and fast-paced role, ideal for someone who enjoys variety and is eager to grow their skills.
* Process and reconcile financial transactions across various accounts
* Assist with invoice preparation, allocations and follow-ups
* Support credit card and expense management processes
* Coordinate purchase orders and handle related queries
* Upload documentation to internal and external systems
* Assist with general finance administration and ad hoc support across the team
* Provide backup support to other administrative functions when required
To succeed in this role, you will require:
* Previous experience in an accounts, AR or finance support role
* A high level of attention to detail with strong organisational skills
* Proficiency in Excel and comfort with learning new systems
* The ability to manage multiple priorities and work to deadlines
* Strong communication skills and a proactive approach
* A willingness to support others when needed
