**The Opportunity**
We are hiring 2 X Administration Officer's (Full-time and 12 Months Fixed-Term Contract) to be based at our head office in Newstead, QLD.
Reporting to the **Home Care Administration Manager,** you'll support a national operation delivering home care services to our residents. You'll support the broader team by effectively managing data, information and communications in relation to the Aveo Care at Home Program.
**You will**
- Manage Aveo's data in the home care provider portal (My Aged Care)
- Retrive new home care referral cosed, NSAF and support plans
- Ensure all documentation is accurate and complete
- Accurately input data into a number of internal systems
- Triage general enquiries and feedback to relevant stakeholders
- Deliver excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders
**What you'll bring**
- Demonstrated recent experience in a business administration environment
- Experience working in the Aged Care or Health care sectors advantageous
- Ability to work with internet portals and manage multiple database
- Demonstrated ability to accurately input data
- High level communication, interpersonal and organisational skills
- Ability to liaise proactively with key stakeholders to achieve required outcomes
- Commitment to customer service and achieving positive consumer outcomes
