We are seeking a skilled Lodge Manager to oversee daily operations at our Arnhem Land Barramundi Lodge. As part of the Journey Beyond family, you will play an integral role in shaping lasting memories for our guests. You will lead a dynamic team, ensuring exceptional service, and fostering a collaborative environment that thrives on creativity and passion for hospitality.
The successful candidate will have a background in hospitality management or a related field, with a minimum of 5 years of management experience. They will possess excellent leadership and communication skills, and be able to effectively manage budgets, finances, and resources. A keen interest in fishing would be advantageous, as we cater to fishing enthusiasts at our lodge.
This is a remote position, and you will be required to live and work at one of our properties for the entire season. We provide all meals and accommodation. Please be aware of the unique challenges associated with long-term remote living.
About the Role:
