We are looking for a passionate Scrum Master to be part of the Fraud Technology & Detection Analytics team.
As the Fraud Technology Scrum Master, you will work with our teams to ensure smooth delivery of prioritised features, business and compliance/risk change demand. You will facilitate effective team ceremonies including stand ups, sprint planning, showcases and retrospectives. You will use data and metrics effectively to improve the performance of the team, facilitate team estimations and planning sessions and effectively manage delivery related risks, issues and cross team dependencies. You will coach and support the team to higher performance and drive continuous improvement activities.
This role reports into the Head of Fraud Technology & Detection Strategy and is part of the Tech Security & Fraud - Technology Division. You will be working closely with partnering teams across Fraud Analytics, Operations, Incident Response, Digital, Technology/DevOps, Procurement & Vendor Management and Risk.

**In this role you will**:
- Facilitate effective daily scrum, spring planning, sprint demo and retrospectives.
- Collaborate and partner with the Fraud Tech PO, Engineers and Business Analysts
- Provide coaching to individuals and team to ensure consistency of delivery processes and to drive an uplift in capabilities
- Enable technical excellence, devOps, team effectiveness and architecture
- Use metrics effectively to improve performance and quality
- Facilitate a collaborative environment to deliver value using Agile philosophy
- Support financial forecasts, Risk & Control assessments, Vendor Management & associated governance activities
- Support the Fraud Tech team in co-ordinating and communicate incident management
***You will be engaging directly with senior stakeholders including business and technology Executives, Product Owners and Heads of departments.
***Ideally you will bring**:
- Experience in a Scrum, Technology Delivery or Project Management role
- At least 5 years+ in Banking & Finance or Payments Industry.
- Knowledge of agile methodology and frameworks like Scrum, Kanban, SAFe
- Experience in implementing or enhancing Fraud, Decisioning or Credit Risk Technology will be an advantage
- Experience with and/or maintaining/implementing new SaaS and Cloud technology
- Have excellent organisational skills, highly proficient in the use of JIRA, and will have experience in driving operational change improvements across a Release Train.
- Experience managing globally distributed Engineering and Business Analyst teams to deliver outcomes, programs/epics
- Ability to adapt with to constantly changing fraud and tech landscape and focus resources on the right priorities
- Experience leading and coaching a team
- Demonstrated ability to coordinate cross-functional work teams toward task completion
- Strong multi-level stakeholder and relationship management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
